Risk and reward

The treasure of my life is my mother. She is most valuable. It makes sense that God, our Father is our "Shield and exceeding great reward." (gen 15:1). Our value in life will never be accumulated wealth, the benefit of my mother is her love, her kindness and her time. She will always be there. She is a foundation for me. I am invited to open my heart for God, WHo never leaves, is my Victory and ever present help in time of need.
This is my reward.
Oh God.

Sum it up

I ordered a book called, "The freedom of self-forgetfulness". It should arrive on Friday. On the way home this morning it dawned on me that the title in itself is sufficient a gift as the text should prove to be.

Remember the Sabbath

God has ordained a day of rest, we'd do well to listen up and slow down.

I AM with you

Young men, we won't know freedom unless we identify fear. This is the work of God.

Brothers, this is the time to have a purpose in our heart for the actions of our hands.
